The data points
Every bar is read against the market as it was at that minute. Add any of these to your indicator to see when it works best.
Why these and not more?
We only keep data points that add something to a trading system. Many others repeat what these already tell you.
Exits
Stop and target brackets, held to the close, back to VWAP, and a 60-minute close you can switch on. Each one is simulated forward bar by bar, never with hindsight.
