Nature of Service

QuantLogic provides standardized trading signal publication services. This means:

1. All subscribers receive the same signals at the same time
2. Signals are not customized based on your individual situation
3. You independently decide whether to act on any signal
4. You configure all execution parameters in your own account
5. You can pause or cancel signal delivery at any time

What We Do Not Do

We do not:

• Provide individualized investment advice
• Manage or direct your trading account
• Have discretionary authority over your funds
• Make trading decisions on your behalf

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantLogic's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

User Responsibilities

As a user of QuantLogic, you are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether futures trading is appropriate for your financial situation
• Setting your own position sizes and risk limits
• Monitoring your account and all executed trades
• Understanding the risks associated with futures trading
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have sufficient capital to cover potential losses

Risk Disclosure

You should be aware that:

• You could lose more than your initial investment
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• The signals provided are standardized and not tailored to your individual circumstances
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Technical issues may affect signal delivery or execution
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose

Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

QuantLogic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any trading losses incurred
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Technical failures or delays in signal delivery
• Errors or omissions in signal content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QuantLogic are owned by QuantLogic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. For US-based trading activities, CFTC regulations apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marbella, Spain, or as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
