• Communication Data: Messages you send through our AI Coach feature or customer support channels.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our trading signal services
• Execute trading signals in your connected brokerage account
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities

3. Signal Execution and Brokerage Access

When you connect your Tradovate account:

• We use OAuth authentication, meaning we never see or store your brokerage credentials
• We receive limited API access to place orders, view positions, and check account information
• Trading signals are executed with a configurable delay (default 1-2 seconds) after our master account
• You can revoke our access at any time through your Tradovate account settings or our dashboard

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information:

• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who assist in providing our services (Stripe for payments, SendGrid for emails, Tradovate for trade execution).
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:
